Special General Meeting and Committee Meeting

Reminder to all members that this Saturday is the Special General Meeting to resolve the issues surrounding the rules of the association resulting in new elections and the registration of a new name with consumer affairs. It is important for all members to attend if possible. This is a good opportunity to receive all the information relating to these issues and to vote in a new committee. There are still some positions vacant and for those positions we will be taking nominations from the floor. Please ensure all proxy forms are returned to the secretary by midday Friday the 13th of October. Following the SGM a committee meeting will be held. One important item of business will be Club Communication and how members would like to receive important club information.
